+
+Self-hostable project management for solo developers and small teams (<10 users). Go backend (chi + pgx + sqlc), Vue 3 + TypeScript frontend, PostgreSQL, Meilisearch, SSE real-time.

+## The plans are the spec
+
+The complete build specification lives in **`plans/`**. Before doing any work:
+
+1. Read `plans/00-overview.md` (index + progress), `plans/01-architecture.md`, `plans/02-data-model.md`.
+2. Find the current phase in `plans/16-phases.md` and read the spec files that phase lists.
+3. Build only what the phase scopes. Decisions are final — rationale in `plans/17-decisions.md`; do not relitigate them.

+## Progress tracking
+
+Every buildable item in `plans/` is a markdown checkbox. **When you complete and verify an item, edit the spec file and mark it `- [x]`** — including the phase checklist in `16-phases.md` and the phase box in `00-overview.md`. Never check unverified or partial work. The checkboxes are the single source of progress truth shared between agents and the human owner.

+`/references` (when mounted) holds the two source projects the plans were distilled from: `first-iteration/` (prior SoloPM attempt — its `ai/contexts/` prose specs and `ai/design-system/` are still useful background) and `taiga-back/` + `taiga-front/` (feature reference only).
